zero ad $$$ 2 AP

Just so you know: if you see an ad on my site, you’re supporting the fine folks at WordPress, not me! I have to pay them an extra $15 a year to keep the ads off my site. If you would like to sponsor me on that, I’d be most grateful!

In the meantime, if you see an ad could you please let me know? It seems they turn up on specific active posts or when I have a lot of activity on the blog (in the 300 and above daily page views–which is most days).

I don’t begrudge supporting WordPress for all they do for free for all of us, but I do wish I had some control over what the ads are.

Interestingly, not long after I posted this page, I noticed on my stats a visit from a WordPress admin something or other. I haven’t seen any ads since. And I’ve been getting a lot of traffic–the kind that previously would lead to ads being placed on my blog.

If you do see any ads (Google adsense mostly), please let me know.
