Twitter was a necessary tool to really capture the conference. So much was happening and being discussed online.

From the Orgainc Flow table, we were commenting and participating in the other discussions at other tables, discussing wines we were drinking, and perhaps doing some goofing off!

that's right, Nick! thanks for the fine job leading us in prayer in the church of the early wine drinkers!

Coleridge argues that the aesthetic is that which engages the whole soul.
See what's engaging mine today at http://artpredator.wordpress.com

Well, Paul, it was morning and we were supposedly TASTING wine not DRINKING it!! although there was no spitting going on at our table and no dump bucket either and we were drinking (uh tasting) using water glasses

For me, those whites hit the spot, so I limited my comsumption, and seriously the alc content was around 12 or below. I heard great things about the reds--people expected the riesling and gewruz to be good because of the climate around New York where the wines came from. The dubious were quite impressed and surprised by the reds (cabernet franc in particular). I was happy sticking with the whites!

I missed the live wine blogging tasting on Friday--if you're impressed with this post while drinking, you should check out Nick's! (of Wine Scholarship link above)

Cool, and you were still sober enough to write a post. I should drink more wine but it's hard to fit it in between all the beer and whiskey.
